Pursuant to Art. 13 of Leg. Decree No. 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), this is to provide you with information regarding the processing of personal data at gallery.visittrentino.info. The Data Controller is Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A, with registered office in Rovereto (Trento), via Zeni 8; the nominated Data Processors are Trentino Marketing S.r.l. with registered office in Trento, via Romagnosi 11, represented by its pro tempore representative, and Archimede in its capacity as technological partner.


1. Processing purposes


Your personal data shall be processed within the context of the Data Controller’s activities for the following purposes:

a) to set up and execute the service of sending the photographs selected within the gallery located at the website gallery.visittrentino.info and sent by e-mail to the address given during registration;

b) to accomplish all legal obligations regarding copyright (to this end, the personal data shall be preserved for the entire duration of the agreement and this period may be extended should a legal action involving the data in question be started).


2. Processing methods


To achieve the purposes indicated above, your personal data shall be processed manually and electronically, in such a way as to ensure data confidentiality and security.


3. Nature of providing data


With reference to the purposes indicated under a) and b), provision of your personal data is mandatory and therefore the lack of conferment shall prevent the onset of the business relationship with the Data Controller. Processing as per b) does not require your consent because it is necessary for accomplishing legal obligations.

In particular, please be informed that the mandatory data consist in: e-mail address, First name, Last name (necessary for registration with the portal for the sending out of the material requested). The lack of conferment of the data indicated above shall prevent performance of the service. 


4. Categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be transferred or that may become acquainted with them in their capacity as Data Processors or Employees


Employees and workers, including external workers, of the Data Controller and of the Data Processor as well as the subjects supplying services instrumental to the purposes indicated above (e.g.: technical services for the management of computer systems, etc.) may become acquainted with the personal data. These subjects shall act as Data Processors or as subjects assigned with data processing.


5. Navigation data


During navigation in the website gallery.visittrentino.info, the digital systems and software procedures governing the website’s operation collect several personal data items the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Examples of this kind of data are IP addresses or the domain names of the computer used by the visitors connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file returned, the numerical code indicating the response given by the server (OK, error, etc.) and any other information regarding the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

Although the above data per se cannot be matched with identified users, they could help identify the users to which they refer via the reprocessing of data held by third parties.

They are used by Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A., however, only to create anonymous statistics regarding the consultation of the website and for checking the correct functioning of the latter, and are deleted immediately after processing. These data may also be used for assessing responsibility in the event of any alleged computer crimes against the website. Apart from this hypothesis, usually they are kept for not more than seven days.


6. Cookies


Cookies are small text files that a website sends to the user computer’s browser. The browser stores the information and sends it back to the website’s server when the browser once again accesses that website.

A cookie usually contains the name of the Internet domain (the website’s IP address) from which the cookie is coming from, the cookie’s "duration" (i.e.: indication of the moment in which it expires), and a numerical code, usually consisting in a single number generated randomly.

7. Rights of the data subject


Finally, this is to inform you that the Code regarding the processing of personal data assigns the data subject the right to exercise the following rights: to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, to update, correct, add data, to delete or block any illegally processed data.
